Device: Kobo WiFi N289
I recently experienced the forced 1.9.11 update on my Kobo Wifi N289 and now shows "No books found" and no "Onboard Storage" under device info after no luck with the various types of resets. Can someone please send me the pre-update firmware and possibly a link/procedure to how to apply the firmware and restore functionality to my reader?

Hi, I did the wifi wireless software update to my Kobo N647 and tried the factory reset and SD card is also not recognized as I lost all my books uploaded to the ereader.

I see copying the image worked at getting it back to working order. Is it possible I can get the image also.

Hi, I got the forced update to my N647 as well, and while it will see EPUBs uploaded to the main SD card, it no longer recognizes anything on the expansion SD card. Would it be possible to get the image to fix this?

Hey Guys I have the Kobo N289 and as the previous people it shows no books, firmware 1.9.11. i don't really know what to try anymore. Any ideas? I see a lot of pm sent but whats that about?

After reading the entire thread... I would like the image too if possible, and also can someone tell me how to flash it?(idk if I used the correct term)
