I didn't realise it had to match the name in the FONT file, thought it was just matching in the CSS rules.

@Griker and Perkin: I can reproduce the keyboard issue on my Mac, but I have to admit, I dont have a clue as to what's causing it or how to fix it. Googling seems to indicate a huge number of issues with Mavericks and Qt, but what puzzles me is why this issue only shows up in Tweak Book and not the main calibre interface which also uses Qt.

I can use the keyboard to change the font size value and the width of tab value in the Preferences-Editor settings, whether that makes any difference?

I hate to say, but is it not just something silly - like focus or editable flag?

Reassigned key combos are not persistent:

Editing Preferences for Tweak Book, Global Actions:
Double-click Revert to before
Click Custom, then the button labelled None, then press new key assignment. Shortcut now shows my newly assigned key combo.
Click OK.
Reopen Preferences|Global Actions - assignment has reverted to default.

@GRiker: You need to press done for the assignment to stick, if you close the widget or press OK without clicking Done, the change gets lost. I know it's a little awkward, I have to look into getting rid of done if possible.

I will add shortcuts for closing tabs.

@theducks: There's nothing preventing you from changing only the filename part of you want to. I have changed it so that only the filename part is pre-selected when you start renaming, so that it is a little more convenient to change only the filename part.
