ETA: I did more experimenting and discovered that I am still able to "deliver" books to my K4BNT by going to Amazon's website and going through Content Library > Books > Deliver or remove from device. Then when I go to my K4BNT and sync, the book will be delivered, though I had to restart it one more time.

However, if I navigate to the book on my K4BNT itself (Archived library) and click on it, it will not download.
Multiple people have said in multiple threads (this is the 3rd one I've seen that you've posted this to) that their K3s and K4s are working fine. I think it's just you. I suggest you factory reset it, even though reregistering it is a pain in the ass.

The battery costs $15.

I posted in the calibre thread with mentions in 2 other related threads with a link to the calibre forum, thinking people would click the link and discuss there (which was the point of my providing the link). But I guess that was too complicated.

I'm only aware of the NewPower99 battery, which at the time cost ~$50 with shipping (and today costs ~$45 with shipping). Where are are you finding the battery for $15?
