It has finally properly cooled down. Right now around 13C, later today around 15C. It's been raining since 5am and it won't stop until about 4pm this afternoon.

It's hot! Currently 100F (38C).

More of the same tomorrow and Monday, only hotter, reaching 110F (43C).

It's not supposed to do that here.

We've had a warm day; 27C officially (30C+ in the city center where I live).

The last hour or two has been very humid, as happens often before the thunderstorm moves is. It's starting to drizzle now, but we'll soon get some proper rain with thunder. It's already getting cooler, fast. Hopefully it'll stay that was after the rain and thunder have passed.

Just fired up the AC. Yesterday was tolerable, but there are still several more days for this heat wave. Push comes to shove, I suppose I can always jump in a lake or the Sound.

Our high temperature was 93°F with some light clouds. It was humid and there were scattered showers, but they missed us. It was also breezy, which made the heat and humidity more tolerable. The current forecast is for the next three days to be even hotter, with Thursday and Friday up for grabs.

In general I agree that the Celsius system makes more sense, but days like today argue for Fahrenheit. It definitely felt more like 93 -- not 34.

Temperature is hitting 40° though the humidity is lower than yesterday. The breeze blowing through the house is actually quite pleasant.
