Went to visit my dad today, and it's not going good

. He's got a very rare cancer "carcenoid" he's in the final stages if it.

He says the cancer tumor is growing rapidly. He says that the tumor is giving off the only thing, he believes, that keep him up and alive. The tumor is making 72 times the amount of the "happy hormone" that you normally have at any given happy time.

Feel especially bad for my mom, to see the person you love die like that, since there is nothing the doctors can do.

Cancer is an ugly disease. I never know what to say except you and your family are in my thoughts.

my mom is a cancer survivor(breast cancer) also but we still having a monthly checkup to make sure that the cancer is totally gone. Hope the will be a miracle for your dad

Sorry to hear this Panda. My father died of lung cancer, so a lot of us know what you and your family are going through. I hope he is kept comfortable and pain-free.
