@krmgrkm: You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for them to be enabled.

Try to recover my brides clara hd I'm thinking that the sd card may be corrupted.

My in-laws' Clara HD is stuck with a loading screen, looks like it may be a failed system update. Can I please get the image so I can try installing it to a new SD card to see if that fixes it?

Hello David,

the factory SD card on my Kobo Clara HD has become corrupted so I cannot copy an image of it to write to a new card. Please could you provide me with an image?

Looks like I'm in the same boat as eidoom. Happened so randomly about a month ago.

Would appreciate the Clara HD image.

And just want to say, you're a real champ for diligently responding to requests for nearly 5 years now @DNSB.
