A cup of Keemun.

I, infidel, confess to the act of paganism.
I had a cup of Yorkshire Gold tea bag for lunch. I had 2 minutes to boil the water, drop the bag into my cup and run to the canteen before they closed down.
Life is ...life.

First ever cup of Ancient Trees Pu-Ehr. A bit strange, but mellow, rather more herbaceous than I expected. I think this will grow on me.

I have a cup of Chrysanthemum tea (with a couple teaspoons of honey added for flavour) here in front of me. It is said to be very good for one's eyesight. While I have yet to find a definitive study that fully supports, I will keep drinking it since it tastes so good.

LOL that is the best reason to drink tea. There are health benefits but some of them are a bit sketchy. Welcome to the party!

second steep Ancient Trees Pu-Ehr. More mellow even than first, but less grassy, more "tea-like". Very nice.

Listen, children, to a story
That was written long ago,
'Bout a kingdom on a mountain
And the valley-folk below.

On the mountain was a treasure
Buried deep beneath the stone,
And the valley-people swore
They'd have it for their very own.

Go ahead and hate your neighbor,
Go ahead and cheat a friend.
Do it in the name of Heaven,
You can justify it in the end.
There won't be any trumpets blowing
Come the judgment day,
On the bloody morning after....
One tin soldier rides away.

Good morning, everyone. A hurry-up breakfast today... Just unbranded Keemun tea and a bowl of rice... Have an early morning doctor's check-up... These damn things seem to come more often as I get older. Oh well, at least I don't have to get any shots! I'm current with all my vaccinations. With the travel we do to so many remote Third World areas we try to keep our shot record up to date. There are sooooo damn many of them these days. I wish they would make a shot to protect you from getting shots! I really hate needles!

I was just reading the news as well - I had just logged onto the apple website, and was shocked to see the news. My sincere condolences go out to his family and friends.

I'm going to have some mint tea and try to get some work done on my iPad.

It is sad. Typed for my PC while searching for an Android based tablet.

Hey, I understand he was an innovator and a creator and that he helped to push the computer industry to where it is today. I just don't want to pay those prices.

I had a friend in college who sold the NeXT on campus. I did many a homework assignment on that beast.

Drinking my mint tea with honey and dunking some arrowroot cookies. I just bought another p-book on amazon... Oh dear. It is used and cheap, however, and I do need it for school. And it's really thick, that has to count for something, right? I will be eating bagged lunches all month to save up for an iPhone. Oh, and did I mention that I'm saving up for a PRS-T1, too? I think I have a problem

The iPhone has been the single most important improvement in my 'gadget' life, perhaps even more important than my Sony 505. I knew that someday a 'Star Trek' communicator would evolve, but I never imagined sooooooo many useful functions could be included! Although I don't make or receive many calls, I find myself using my iPhone a dozen times a day; everything from looking up something on Google, finding my way with the GPS, checking my e-mail, maintaining my shopping list, checking flight status on trips, currency conversions, taking a quick photo of something I want to find in a store, and of course, using the built-in iPod to listen to music, listen to an audio tape, watch a video while waiting for a doctor's appointment... the list is almost endless! All it's lacking is a built-in tea dispenser!

Speaking of which, I've just brewed up a mug of Taylors of Harrogate's "English Breakfast" tea! Delightful.

So, thank you, Steve Jobs. You may have made a lot of enemies along the way, but you certainly changed the way I interact with the world around me!
