Good morning, everyone! It's the birth of a new week and a new month and a new season, 'baby days...' have to learn how to walk and talk "Autumn!"

In honor of youth, I'll have a mug of East India Company's "Keemun Downy Bud" tea and a bowl of muesli with yogurt and mango. I'm not sure what that all has to do with youth but if feels right so I'll go with it.

It's 18 degrees out at 07:40. Gonna be a perfect day for a ride. The new rice is looking golden in the fields and I need to take some photos of it. The farmers will begin cutting it down all too soon.

As you celebrate a birth of a new week, I celebrate the conclusion of week 5 of grad school with a test that I forgot to do the reading for! UGH. Hope my bluffing skills are still as finely honed as I think they are!!!!

yeah. it has a marvelous aroma by its own. you make it with sugar and citrus. I use lemon, pdurant also limes. Paul posted a beautiful instructional video featuring one of his sons making the cordial, some months ago.

I put it away in 1/2 liter plastic bottles and freeze it.

Try adjusting the temperature and the steep time. I really think it's a tea worth drinking. Not 'great,' but good!

Samurai Chai Mate Latte.

I had a friend give me one of the one pound tins from Teavana and a gift certificate for my birthday. Is it bad that I am planning on buying one pound of Rooibos Cinnamon Plum from Tea Gschwendner for the tin? It is a seasonal tea and I always run out of it in March.
