That cover is made by http://www.casecrown.com/ who seem like a reputable manufacturer. Senyx Direct also operate an ebay store on ebay Australia, I think I'll buy one. Very reasonably priced, so I'm happy to take the risk. EDIT: Slapped down $20 Aus for a black one. Last edited by artificial; 06-16-2010 at 10:07 PM. |

IYO. I use my Kobo mostly in crowded buses and trains. I'd be more likely to drop it if I were fumbling around with a case, so a sleeve works for me. Right now I'm using an old padded envelope, but what I'd really like would be a sleeve like the Roots one, with an aluminum plate sewn into one side of it. The biggest danger my Kobo faces is getting crushed to death in my backpack.

EDIT: Turns out this case is NOT designed for the Kobo. I sent the e-bay seller an email asking about this and got the following reply: Dear James, We have had customers who like this case with their Kobo. However, we can fully refund your order as it is not specifically designed for the Kobo. You should receive a refund confirmation from Paypal shortly. Please confirm our cancel transaction request. Thank you. Best Regards, Senyx Support Last edited by the hatter; 06-17-2010 at 10:06 PM. |

http://www.amazon.com/Kobo-eReader-L...7131475&sr=1-7 My only concern is that its still possilble to depress the blue button when pressure is put on the cover. |

No, I cancelled my order when I found out it was designed for a Nook. But I think that Artificial has one ordered, and I'm sure he will let us know how it turns out. |

If M-Edge released a Kobo Case and GoldenShellback Waterproofing service starts soon then that'd be a near perfect case

Just picked up a case at WalMart. It is a body glove Universal Protective Sleeve for E-Book Readers. It fist perfect and should protect it really well. Paid $15. Says it fits the Kindle and the Sony Touch, but the Kobo was a perfect fit.

				Ebay case

			good afternoon,

I purchased the ebay "kobo" case a few weeks back. While it is not completely designed for the Kobo it does a good job keeping it safe to and from work and appointments. I actually quite like it. It does cover the SD slot and recharge but I find if I am using the SD card it is out of the cases already and recharging while in case is not much of a problem. I am still undecided on the Roots case that Chapters has but between $15 with s&h or $30 at store the ebay was a better deal. Kristen |

That Body Glove case looks pretty decent. walmart.com says it's in-stock at my local store... Need to put an eyeball on it tomorrow.

Looking at this case at the moment. My newly purchased Kobo is going nowhere until a case of some form surrounds it!
