nycbhoy: this is a known bug, and a fix will be released ASAP. Until then, you may use the command line script (which should work) ... Let me know if you need more help.

Thanks. Been using the command line method for a few months. Do I need to upgrade anything or will that continue to work as normal ??

I think that you're the first user who'll use the command line version on a 2.0+ release.
Normally, the command line script (run.sh or run.cmd, depending on your OS) should work, but there may be glitches. In case of error, please tell us and we'll do our best to help you. |

I've been running it nightly (via a scheduled task) since the day it came out. Working fine.

Stanza is no longer available in the app store. Developers say no plans to update for iPad. Rumor has it that Amazon has killed it.

Lexcycle are saying that they have not removed the app... what they are saying is, it' a problem on Apple's end and Apple is trying to fix it.

IMHO it's a mismatch on Apple side, probably a human error...

Thanks for the update!
I guess all the Kindle users are still a bit disappointed since those fancy javascripts at the external, downloads links are not compatible with Kindle's "Basic Web" browser. Oh, if those were just plain text links... prc azw I hope someday Kindle users can use all the feature calibre2opds provides. Someday. ![]() Last edited by test011; 03-21-2010 at 07:05 PM. |

I believe that future versions of the Kindle will have a better browser (well so I have been reading) , with hope it will support javascript like most of the other readers on the market.
