*Not joking now* - That sucks. I genuinely hope the condition improves for you. From what I've read of auto-immune disease, some variants can be drastically reversed or managed to the point that they largely go unnoticed. I sincerely hope that's the case for your condition.

A joke with a chunky side of sarcasm for sure.

Pot and kettle John! Page 2 seemed pretty mean spirited.

And as for "CYA"... not at all. I can think someone is being an oversensitive twonk and still have empathy for them.

Shall we just move on and accept our sense of humours do not align? As regards yourself and meeera, I've already been attempting an approach of not speaking to (quoting/referencing etc) unless spoken to.

Sure, but try to consider "our" encompasses more then just you and me.

Just to play devil's advocate, it seems many times that people who are just tryiing to "lighten the mood" or "make a joke", are the same sort of people who enjoy tipping over people in wheelchairs? Or maybe taking lunch money from the noodley armed kids in elementary school?

Please notice the smiley faces, these are clearly light hearted jokes/banter.

I have read through the thread, multiple times. Have you read through the thread?

IMO, DNSB set the tone, and I just replied at the same level.

And then someone came in with the noodly arms. If one [U]really[I] has no dog in a fight and wants to just be silly, better not to make fun of one dog and not the other, or make fun of both dogs.

It was a 50:50 choice between arms like Chuck Norris and Noodle arms. I stand by my decision.
