no. I managed to fix the issue by putting desired font in span tag and removing it from paragraph class tag.

Hi,
could be a long time ago discussed question: my experience that the normal page turn is ok, but when I am at chapter end, the next page from the new chapter comes very slowly. I am formating my epubs so that they are divided into several parts. Practically I split my epub, by every chapter. Is that slowing a "feature" or I do something wrong when formatting the epub? I sideload the epub with calibre, and it is kepub on my reader. |

The default is for a screen refresh at the beginning of each new chapter. That may be what you are seeing. But it should not be very noticeable.

Although you then convert them to kepub ... Then the size should not affect. Last edited by Semwize; 01-17-2020 at 07:54 PM. |

thank you
normally my (k)epubs are split from 10 to xx chapters (like the normal books) As far as I know, by every new chunk is a "page break", so I would not like to see page breaks where they are not in a printed book |

RMSDK slows down if the parts (chapters) are very large. And kepub should not.

How many are "large..." or "very large..." if someone tells me how many bytes is large or very large, then I would be able to decide whether they are large or not |
