The most annoying for me are the missing cover pictures.
I don't understand this, because all of the older Boyue ereaders did well this job.

¿Do you mean in the main window and the File manager? because I see them (epub and pdf). Did you update to the last firmware?

I use mostly mobis.
C67ML Carta is perfect.

Does that line appear in the same place and same pattern every-time?

It's just normal screen refresh. Monochrome e-inks have that ghosting effect when backgrounds are heavily coloured or black with texture or gradient. This is the case with SDMaid, the BG has a gradient layer for the material design look. It's just a normal issue of ink not getting refreshed at that particular portion of the screen.

What seemed weird to me though that none of my previous e-readers had these lines when also using same app. I refreshed screen enough times to make sure that there was nothing in the background left and after some time lines still keeped appearing along the screen.

Is anyone using another launcher? I rooted my device and tried multiple launchers and for the most part they work fine, but I'm unable to change the wallpaper to anything. I obviously would love a solid white background, but no matter what I do I keep failing. Does anyone have any tips?

I use Nova Launcher on my T62D and an app called Color Wallpaper. It's no longer in the Play Store and the developer website has been down for a while. I ordered the Likebook Plus and made a copy of the apk so I can use it when I get it. Do you want me to PM you the apk? There are also some apps in the Play Store that will set solid color wallpapers that you could try.
