I did try Book Designer to make a LIT from Neptune Crossing. And while it did have a cover and an internal ToC, the MS Reader ToC link does not work. When I click Go to, Table of Contents is greayed out. Is there any way sort of paying for Readerworks to get a fully functioning LIT?

Will try to find the time this weekend to make a proper .lit with TOC and COP and First Page and whatnot. Was thinking of doing it earlier, but kinda hooked with the story

I don't know when I'll get around to reading it. My TBR list is HUGE. But I wanted to support you for supporting ebooks.

I used to spend over $2000 every year on dead trees. Now most of it goes on electrons and I rarely visit the bookshops. So I appreciate your efforts.

I'm looking forward to the day when all books are available this way.

One nice thing about ebooks is that distribution is world-wide. My books are now reaching people in places where they would never have had a chance before.

I've also noticed a couple of patterns:

Most of the donations I've received have been from people on this board, and a surprisingly high number are from other countries, which I enjoy. Also, a look at my web site's referrer logs suggests that a large percentage of people who visit my downloads page are getting there from mobileread.com. (There are plenty of other places that listed it, and they're contributing, to be sure. But this forum is way out in front.)

Three weeks ago, I'd never even heard of this place. :)

Can you figure out what MIME types your web server knows about? That could be why a zip works but an lrf doesn't.
