FREE Cookbook (Pdf) of Recipes for the Virgin Diet--from Real People.
I don't recall ever hearing about the "Virgin Diet" until I ran across this cookbook. I must be living under a rock somewhere, because there is a plethora of Virgin Diet cookbooks sold on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...virgin+diet%22).

This particular cookbook does not appear to be sold, at Amazon at least. It is apparently only given away. But the editor, J.J. Virgin, has a large number of Virgin Diet cookbooks of her own at Amazon and they all look to be either highly rated or very highly rated. I'm sure that this one is a good one, too. Frankly, the recipes look like they will make delicious dishes.

There are supposed to be 100 recipes total in this cookbook. All of the recipes have been submitted by "real people" from all over the United States and maybe beyond. Although they have been created for the Virgin Diet, most of the ones that I looked at look like they would be great for nearly anyone.

The rating at Amazon is a little tepid. There were a pretty large number of 1-star ratings, but I looked at all of them and everyone seemed to have a different reason for disliking the book. To put it another way, no one repeated a complaint that another person had made. So, I wouldn't give much weight to those when judging the quality of the book.

Keep in mind there are some people that can't stand Miss EVOO extra virgin olive oil.
I don't mind one or the other but she uses both together and to me it just sounds like something a child would do.
Any time you see a celebrity book, expect it to generally have mostly 5 (rabid fans) and 1 stars (although I can't for the life of me understand why someone would willing give their money to someone they can't stand.)
