Baen is sending out an email that The Warmaid's Choice was left out of the bundle:

It wasn't in my bundle download, but I had it from a previous bundle. So, I was able to just redownload and it appeared (of course, I didn't need to redownload it, since I already had it).

For some, that doesn't work and they'll need to use the coupon to get the book added to their Baen Library.
