Has anyone been able to find out just how much faster the new Touch Kindle's processor is, compared to K3?

Linux. The Nook Touch is a tablet. The Kindle Touch is an eInk dedicated (mostly) eReader.

The first thing I looked for was capacity. The Kindle Keyboard (aka K3) can hold 500 more e-books than the Kindle Touch, and 2100 more e-books than the new Kindle (K4). I'd be lying if I said that didn't make me feel just a little less "keeping up w/ the Joneses"-ish.

K3 has 532MHz CPU, KT is around 800 if reports are true.

I'd wager that they're doing the partial refresh thing the nook touch does. It'd tend to cause more ghosting.

Not sure of it though; it's just an impression I get from a video I watched of the new Kindle online.

You just keep your Library on Dropbox and download only what you are going to read to the new Kindle. If you advertise enough people sign up under you, you can get up to 8GB free. I'm at 5.8GB of space so far. So Storage doesn't bother me.

Which one? The Kindle Fire is a tablet with a customized Android OS. Everything else is an eInk, dedicated reading device running Linux.
