I know that the Kobo Touch allows viewing of PDFs in landscape mode, but will it have a landscape mode for ePubs? I'd like to have this option, if only to play around with different ways of holding the device and turning pages.

Note the "Get one for Dad" on the Borders site, which would be a little difficult if it doesn't arrive until August...maybe they mean get Dad a Christmas present. I'm disappointed, because I was excited to see the features of the Kobo Touch, but by delaying so long, they'd be marginalized by Nook Touch hype and momentum, and the US release would be around the time a new Kindle usually appears.

June 19, good news. I ordered a Nook Touch, but don't want to deal with the front screen book ads and the 75% of memory limited to BN content only. After playing with one, I also didn't like the side page-turn buttons, which along with battery life were the only advantages over the Kobo, I think.

I had a Kobo wifi, and loved the feel of holding it, but as a lefty the right-side pad was just too difficult to use. I also like that the Kobo Touch has Georgia, my favorite font, whereas the Nook went with Caecilia as the default font, the same awful one as on the Kindle. So, then, I think I'll return my Nook Touch (if it ever arrives--it shipped to a warehouse 6 days ago, where it's waiting for someone to pass it to the post office) and order a Kobo Touch from Borders. Who says I have to be a father to give myself a Father's Day present?

Who other than Borders will be selling the new baby Kobo? The Border store in my area was closed last month.

I just saw on the Indigo website says it arrives in Canada on June 10th! It'll be my first e-reader...very excited to get it!

I was told by a few here that Wal-Mart & Best Buy should have them later. I hope this is true like you no Borders near me and leery buying online from a company that is disappearing.

Just saw a video on the KT It doesn't look like a wall charger comes with the device. Can I use my Kindle wall charger or does someone sell one that will work?

Any charger that lets you use a USB cable as it's output will work.

Thank you! I can use my pocket pro charger then. It's micro USB like the Kindle and not nearly as long.
