Sorry, but you know when I was a kid hooters were owls in the woods at night, but then someone invented a restaurant where the girls were all over developed and couldn't find clothes big enough to cover them selves, this was then called Hooters "Family" Restaurant,
the owls have lost their hoot

Reminiscent of the hooters in parliament, I'm reminded of John Adams' line in "1776" (one of my favorite musicals):
