Another question about ADE

I am using the following code to put the images into the Sigil TOC.

<h2 title=" Illustration: Lisle gives the alarm."
id="heading_id_3"><img alt="Illustration: Lisle gives the alarm." 
src="../Images/a.jpg" /></h2>

Works fine.

I tried using <h3> so that the image would indent under the containing chapter. Looks fine in Sigil but ADE ignores them. I know that ADE should display them properly because I've seem it before with Chapter sub-headings.

Is there a trick to this?
