I know that it isn't supported by default on my device but is there any way to make this or how can i convert this file to AAX and upload to my Kindle

I would like to do it but there isnt any jailbreak for my kindle.

Actually i checked kindle subreddit and one guy made a jailbreak for this device but it requires to access to serial port inside of the kindle and ı cant do it, ı dont have converters for it. Thanks for your response .

There are a number of free, online mp3 to AAX converters. Just search for ‘online convert mp3 to aax’.

I have not used any of them and would probably want to have some effective anti malware countermeasures in place.

I would prefer an open source converter, there seems to be one for Windows on sourceforge but the download didn’t work for me. I would want one for Mac anyway.

Oh an open source one, that would be great. I forgot about sourceforge, i havent opened it for months.

Gonna check it asap and write about it.

There are plenty of programs to download as well as online converters. Though most people want to convert FROM Audible proprietary AAX to MP3.

But the online converters SAY they DO respect privacy and don’t keep copies. Could they possibly be lying?

I would like to try such a converter. I don’t listen to audiobooks on my Kindle myself, but I think it would be interest to some people as we see in the OP. I think MP3 converted to AAX files should be much smaller than what you get from Amazon, and you could also convert 3rd party audiobooks. It would be worth knowing what converters are out there. I have all of my Audible purchases converted to M4A (using OpenAudible, also converts to MP3).

However, I have not found anything for Mac other than a couple of them which do far more than I need and cost far more than I’m willing to spend for something that I’m not sure I would do more than once.

Looks like a fine tool, but it does not seem to convert to AAX, which is the ask here.
