URL to authenticate on content server?
I have calibre content server running behind an IIS reverse proxy (which has HTTPS and basic auth enabled to help protect the server). I can get read access to the library by enabling anonymous users, but can't figure out how to get write access to the library.
Is there a URL/route which will prompt for the calibre credentails to log in so that I can make changes to the library? |

The server uses HTTP Auth in either basic or digest mode configurable in the server options.
