Hi, may you suggest me the name of a couple of apps that allow me to use a custom popup dictionary to sideload (maybe with acustomizable layout)

AFAIK, most traditional Android epub apps, e.g. Moon+ Reader, support StarDict apps, e.g., ColorDict Dictionary, even if StarDict support isn't explicitly mentioned.

moon reader does, and also has the option for you to specify the dictionary you want it to use - online or offline. you can have it consult wikipedia also
