Now I've run across what I thought was a misuse of "hung", but Merriam-Webster tells me that the distinction between "hung" and "hanged" serves no useful purpose and is considered unimportant.

I think my new motto is going to be "Everything I don't need to know I learned in 'grammer' school"...

Another more recent one that bugs me is "lean into". I don't have a good example and frankly, when I've heard it it didn't fully make sense to me.

Has good(sic) ereader always had lots of articles that just regurgitated press releases with no pretense of adding value?

Today, they've spewed one on a BookNet Canada study about library users buying books and another one about an Amazon study about reading making us happier.

And for some reason this angers me
