...and it also includes back issues. You're essentially getting free magazine subscriptions. You'll have to remember to download new issues when they come out, because they're not automatically delivered to you; but, you can get email reminders when new issues are available.

To see if your library offers this service, look for it in your library's digital content page.

As it so happens, I had just let my subscription to Consumer Reports go. But I didn't relish the idea of having to go visit the library every time that I wanted to research a product. I forgot all about the fact that they have it available digitally.

Oh, and would you mind sharing your I.D. and password for the King County Library System with me? Our library here is quite limited. I promise not to tell anyone.

Never heard of Flipster, so I looked it up and see that it's owned by Ebsco. None of my libraries has Flipster and only one has Ebsco (a whopping 300 ebooks in its collection).

BTW, Flipster does have an app for iDevices.

I was not familiar with domomusicgroup. I'm still not sure exactly what it is, even after going to the site. I didn't recognize any of the artists, after doing a cursory look-over. It looks like it might be a record label/musician management outfit or something like that, with a storefront. It's good to know about them, though.

I notice that if you sign up for their newsletter, you can get "free music."
