Can't seem to get the referral thing to work. My luck on the contests has been similar. *SIGH*

Reminder everyone - the 19th is the last day stated in the code bearing email for the Refer codes to work.

I suspect that the 19th means somewhere in CA - but who knows. (And it's already the 19th here)

I've got a very small number of codes to give to out to Discount thread regulars (only). PM me. (If I don't answer you straight away it's because I'm away from my PC for a bit ..... well it is Sunday, lol!)

All of my later ones say use by April 20th.

I've not been successful either. I've tried several times with various emails -- gmail, Hotmail, and aol. I don't know what I've been doing wrong.

I think you had to get in early to refer for codes. It looks like Kobo turned off the spigot more than a week ago, despite the 'refer a friend' page being displayed after a purchase. It's also possible that you had to use the after purchase URL (although even this hasn't returned codes).

And also on the US site after completing a purchase, as accessed from Hong Kong. But a click on the link goes to an invalid page.

I've been lurking here for a bit and decided it was time to join & poke my head in.
I have been the grateful user of most of the coupon codes in the first post of the thread - my thanks to those who have posted them & those that keep it updated.
My thanks also to those who posted about the refer a friend code. I was able to generate a couple of codes. Made my nephew a very happy camper when I was able to find a series he likes as a box set & get him the entire series with 90% code.

I'm hoping that someone here has an answer for a problem (or at least can direct me to the proper place). I recently opened a new kobo account so that I could take advantage of some 90% coupons. I can see the books I bought in my purchase history, but they do not show up in my library. How can I get them to appear in my library? (I don't have a kobo device, just an iPad and a laptop.) I know that some of the contributors to this thread have several accounts. How do you make this work?

Any advice is welcome!
