Reporting an error when running Sigil 0.8.2
When I'm editing an epub file and trying to remove the <dc:description> meta data, an errors occurs. The detail is as follows:

Hi,
Do you have write access to D:\temp\? Does D:\temp\ actually exist? Many windows users somehow end up with environment vars that should point to proper temp file locations, actually pointing to someplace that they (admin will but their userid won't) don't have access to.
