PRS-600 Unable to send books to SD card. Pls help

Hi, I am not able to send my books to my SD Card on my Sony PRS 600. It kept coming out with the following error code:

(82, 'The directory or file cannot be created')

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 67, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 338, in _upload_books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\usbms\driver.py", line 182, in upload_books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\usbms\device.py", line 879, in create_upload_path
File "os.py", line 157, in makedirs
WindowsError: [Error 82] The directory or file cannot be created: 'I:\\Knaus, Ed.D.,William'

I tried manually transferring the books to the SD card using Windows Explorer but can't as well:
The root of drive I:\ is formatted with the FAT file system and can only store a limited number of items. Store the items in a subfolder, or reformat the drive using the NTFS file system.

I've reformatted the SD card and the problem still persists.

Please help.

When that happened to me I had to reformat my SD card as FAT32 instead of just FAT.

Thanks so much, I tried that and it worked. Finally after months of not being able to send to my SD, it worked. Really appreciate it =D
