TOC not showing up on iPad
I have the 2nd page of my epub as the toc. it has functional links and displays fine. when i hit the TOC button in iBooks it brings me to a blank page and doesnt seem to recognize the TOC page that i made as a TOC. I exported this document from CS4 using Digital Editions. Any idea as to how i force the ipad to recognize the TOC?
