PRS-300 Frozen, do I let the battery run down

My reader has been struggling to open a file for the last half hour & now seems to have frozen on the loading screen. Theres one bar of battery left, do I let it run down? Or recharge with the psp charger? Tried the soft reset several times to no avail.

EDIT: Tried turning it off again & its not frozen just locked in a cycle of trying to open the book & then my library. Tried connecting it to the pc but thats not making any difference

I had that happen occasionally with my 300. It was usually a huge book (file size) or a poorly formatted one. How big is the file size of the book you are opening? Also what type of format does it have? That is, is it ePub, PDF, BBeB, RTF, etc.?
