Where are these tags coming from?
I have a bunch of tags listed in my homebrew "MyLibrary" app. There are a bunch of tags in that app that I do not have in my calibre list. I think these tags are coming from some free downloads from barnes and noble. I have archived the books, then went to my online account and deleted them. However, the tags persist. Is there any way to get rid of those tags? Thanks.

Well after doing all that, a reset on the device fixed the problem so that those tags went away. I'd still like to figure out how to get the tags I want on top, or at least remove series titles as tags. Thanks.
