Unhappy Etain, New Member
Hi I am a new member. Having just gotten my Kobo Reader in I could not download the Desktop Installer. Although the files came up my spyware alerted me to a Trojan so I shut everything down and plugged my Kobo in again. This time there was no alert but when I went to download the *Desktop for Vista, the exe file disappeared from the folder so I can't download it now. I have emailed support and tried to find it online to download it directly from the site but can't find it; I also reset the device all to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem?
