While it probably is down to sales as they claim, they could be using that as a smokescreen since eu standards for wifi require lower power and it has already been struggling in the states.

At one of the local Apple Stores, they claim all the problems with the iPad have been fixed.

If it were a hardware problem it would be a complete disaster - they must have sold getting on for a million units by now!
