PRS-600 Trying to download mp3

So I purchased an mp3 the other day nd have been unsuccessful in playing it on my reader. I'll start at the beginning:

1. Bought mp3. When I click "download" it automatically opens Media Player (I'm running Windows) and starts playing. I could not find the file anywhere else on my computer and was unable to save it into the library. Javed was able to give me some advice about downloading FlashGet.

2. Downloaded FlashGet 3.3 and still no success. I can now save the file, and it says it's saving as an mp3. When I look at the file it has the little blue music note and says mp3 underneath so it seems right. I then right clicked on the file, left clicked on sent to, and left clicked onto my reader. The 2 folders come up and after about one minute it is done. If I look at my folders/files/whatever you call them on my reader it shows it is in there. When I unplug the reader and try to listen to it it doesn't show up under audio. If I plug it back in and select view files it shows it is in there. Even if I copy and paste it still doesn't work.

So what am I doing wrong? Is there something I am leaving out?

I have played a few MP3's on my 600. Seems like a copied the files to an SDHC card and the reader just found them when I put the card in, and they played fine. You might verify that the file extension is ".mp3". It might be finicky if you use caps, then again you might try all caps. Seems like a had a problem with that (.mp3 vs. .MP3, but not .Mp3 or mP3.).

I deleted everything and re-downloaded everything (including the FlashGet) and it works perfectly fine now. Yay! Don't know why it works now and not before...but who cares, it works now! I'm just joking; I wonder why it wasn't working before. I don't think I did anything differently...
