Add two files of same format to a book entry

Hi all, I am new to Calibre though certainly loving this application so far. I may be missing something very simple but is there no way to add, say, a second PDF file to a book entry? It seems when I try this the new PDF replaces the old one.

You can add it as a second book, but not a duplicate format.
