Meet-Up! Melbourne meet up dates 2010

Proposed dates for meet-ups in Melbourne Australia.

4th Sunday in

Jan 24th
Apr 25th
Jul 25th
Oct 24th

Place = TBA

Aaaah.. my foreign background is showing through....it's been pointed out to me that April 25th is ANZAC day so dates are

Jan 24th
Apr 18th
Jul 25th
Oct 24th

Been looking at venues and so far have

ACMI coffee bar -- attraction is the sofa area
CBWI (Centre for Books, Writing and Ideas) in the State Library. Haven't met up with them yet but this could mean booking a room....and difficulty with weekends....but then again maybe we could change to an evening meet-up.

Anyhow, I'll meet up with CBWI and let you know what the options are.

BTW, any preferences weekend Sun am vs weekday evening?

Hi NigelDB,
Those dates are all okay for me. I think I'd prefer the Sunday as it's a more relaxing day? Is 11:00 or 12:00 a good time?

Sorry, but I just realised I missed the January meet up. I'm not sure if it went ahead as I hadn't heard any further with times and places? Could you please let me know if there are any further developments with the other 2010 dates?
