SegFault in 0.6.16 when trying to convert

Everytime I'm trying to convert a file i get a segfault under Ubuntu 8.10.
I've tried it using different formats with always the same result.
Everything worked find with 0.6.14

Help please.

I've got similar problems with fetching news. I'm also on 8.10. Problems started with 0.6.14.

I suspect that we're far enough behind that we've no longer quite got what it takes.

I'm going to upgrade to Jaunty today, I think. If you don't know how to do that, run Update Manager -- there should be a button at the top that says "Upgrade".
