ABBYY - Chapters, Not Headers!

I have recently scanned in a book and exported it to a Word Document. Now, I have come to editing the document, I have found that most of the chapter titles have been set as Headers in the document.

Is there a way that I can have ABBYY not set this as a Header and just as normal text?

In the options, if I have the option 'Keep Headers/Footers' unchecked, then this means that I lose the chapter titles.
