Managing Titles
Hi,
I just got my PRS-600. Its been fun so far, but I've been having trouble with the titles. I read a lot of scientific papers and when I download a bunch of them into the e-reader, all sorts of weird titles appear. Some of them show the doi code (which is like a permanent web link for a scientific paper) and others show the company name etc instead of the file name as the title. Is there anyway to force it use the file name as the title? I tried calibre but I had to edit metatags manually to get it to work. |

There's a workaround though. You can batch-process your files in calibre. If the metadata does exist, you can process hundreds of files that way. If it doesn't exist, unfortunately you have to add it manually. |

Is there some software that converts the metadata title to the filename?
