Bug? Creates TOC w/ Levels But No Classes.

I'm not sure when this started (I just noticed it).

If I use the Edit Table of Contents tool in the Calibre Editor, delete the existing TOC entries there and use the Generate ToC from All Headings button, it generates the TOC. If I then use the Insert Inline Table of Contents tool, it nicely puts those entries in a TOC file. The lower level TOC entries are indented with class="level..." entries that don't exist. Apparently, that's not a problem since the entries get properly indented anyway based on my heading level (probably because the <ul> entries are nested).

More interesting, if I then run the Remove Unused CSS tool with the option to Remove Unused Class Attributes checked, it correctly removes those TOC class="level..." entries (since there are no CSS rules for them). And, the TOC continues to be indented correctly.

Repeatedly running these steps (Generate, Insert and Remove) will continue doing the same thing (i.e., it's not just something I left behind from some earlier work). It happens with all epubs.

I'm assuming something changed recently with those TOC class="level..." entries. I have a vague recollection that they used to be there, so I'm guessing maybe Kovid removed them but missed some cleanup.

They are there to make it easy for you to style the toc using CSS if you want to. If you dont the remove unused css will take care fo them for you
