Tested with a Kindle Touch WiFi, Kubrick which can also run on UEFI 64-bit systems. Likely there will still be some issues and problems.

Guide:
Use ISO with Rufus
Select 'DD Mode'
Boot from USB

Nice! This has been needed for quite some time. Can we have some more details about what you've changed and what the current build is using, system requirements, etc.?
