Kobo Plus books automatically deleting themselves from GloHD

I'm using a GloHD on version 4.38.23684. Since the latest update, any downloaded Kobo Plus books have been automatically deleting themselves.

I use the Kobo in aeroplane mode (disconnected from any wi-fi) and I'm not sure if this is causing the issue. It wasn't a problem before the update, however.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem too? Have you found a solution?

It may be that your Glo HD is trying to see if you still have a Kobo Plus subscription and/or the loans still in your library. I've seen a similar issue once before when a user kept his Libra 2 offline for extended periods and the issue disappeared when he started syncing to Kobo ~once per week.

One quick test would be to connect to Kobo and see if the books re-appear in your library.

Thank you. Yes, they can be re-downloaded when I connect to the internet. But this was never an issue before the last update. They get deleted within a few hours of disconnecting, which makes Kobo Plus useless unless I'm constantly connected to wi-fi, even when reading.

The one time I know about where Kobo Plus books were being deleted, it took between 2 and 3 weeks before the deletion occurred. Does the Kobo Plus item in the Books Filter selection also disappear or grey out?

Edit: Have you tried an account repair (More => Settings => Device Information => Repair your Kobo account)?
