Where are my two columns?

Hi there!
I have just updated to 1.2 on my iPad and I noticed that there is only one column. I always read on my iPad like I read a physical book - both pages are visible e.g. two columns. But now I have no more choice like before the update. Maybe you can help…

Hi Docuro, yes, bug was introduced in 1.2.
1.3 is on the way to AppStore today, with a fix and more. Sorry for that.

Thank you for the quick response! I like the app and already got the lifetime license ��. I want to leave the kindle-universe and was looking for a reading app which can replace the kindle app. I think I have found it with your app.

But I have a problem with the sync of the reading position between my iPad and my iPhone via iCloud. I put my library in iCloud and both devices have access to it. But there is no sync. Is it a bug or is the problem on my side (Maybe I am too blond….)

I am now working on sync indicator so you
a] know when the app is syncing data
b] can sync manually when you want to
I will update the version 1.3 with these, because Apple has not reviewed yet, so 1.3 will ship with this feature.

Hi, syncing is done like this, the video shows second iphone and I am reading and looping through two books on a different iphone: video

You got the indication on both devices, that the syncing with cloud is happening and then you see things change (in this case progress in book).

I just did the new update. My columns are there again. But I think you confused portrait vs. landscape in the menu.
But I still have the problem with the sync. On my iPad I have read 51 % of the Book. The same book on my iPhone still is at 28 %, even if the sync was successful according to the App. If I add or delete books to my iCloud-library is customized right, but not the reading progress.
I noticed that there is no folder for Justread.app in my icloud where the reading progress could be saved. Maybe this is the problem. I am lost….

Now the portrait and landscape mode is ok (I use the german Version). Maybe it only needed some time to adjust.

And me again: After leaving the App and starting again the same problem is there. The app starts with one column and I can change it in the settings. But the portrait and landscape are changed again. It looks like a switch which will change everytime when I Open the app.
