Help with Kobo Ereader Page Turner Connection

Hi everyone,

Don't know if this is the correct avenue to seeking help, so I apologize this is .

I purchased a Free2 Hanlinyue mini keyboard page turner from AliExpress (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32568...2usa4itemAdapt). I was able to connect it to my Kobo Libra Colour, but the issue is that the page turner is not working with my ereader. I checked the manual and everything else, and there is no external software to download, so I am currently a bit stumped. I tried contacting support, but it's a dead end as I do not have a Chinese phone number to use QQ, which is the platform on which their support is.

Is there anyone here who has this specific page turner and was able to set it up successfully?
