Kobo Libra 2 Booting Loop - Wifi depended

Hi guys,

I have this problem with with my Libra 2:

when the Wifi it turned OFF - sometimes after turing the device on (after it is turned off, not sleeping) it goes into a boot loop - 3 dots are blinking and it does not reach the home screen but resets and starts booting once more. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times before I reach the home screen, sometimes it will work normally.

This does not happen when the WIFI is ON. It always boots in the 1st try.

but it was 3 years ago and my libra has the same exact issue.

Wifi is on - waking up is always correcnt and it launches at the 1st try
Wifi off- sometimes it launches normaly, sometimes it will be at 2,3 or 4th time to reach the home screen.

any solution to this?
I am on the latest software version.

(I installed a clean image of software last week but it did not help)

Never seen this on my Libra 2, or 7 other Kobo models I've had/have or passed to family members. Touch (c), H2O original, Libra, Nia, Elipsa and multiple Sage ereaders. Many in the family have the Sage now. The Touch died, but it was old even when bought S/H.
