Libra 2 Libra 2 wifi issues

hey guys, I am really struggling to get wifi to work on my libra 2, I haven't used it in like a year and now I have constant issues with the wifi.
Sometimes it connects fine and works a little while but then it suddenly cuts off and won't work and won't connect again.
Then sometimes it just says unable to join network.

I tried all "fixes" from the kobo support site, nothing works. I even set up a guest wifi on my router only for the kobo. ( this worked for 2 days then cut off again)
I set a mac filter to only use 2,4ghz, I tried band steering on my router.
I even removed any special characers from the pw and wifi name.

I hope someone can help me.
