Missing Choose "Don't have WiFi" Setup Missing on Libra Colour

Helping a friend setting up her new Libra Colour.

This is very strange... At the Welcome screen, there is normally an option "Don't have WiFi" to allow you to connect to your device via USB to do the sideload activation. This time, I don't see this option. I have to select a WiFi network. Did I miss something?

IF by Sideload activation, you mean activate with the Kobo Desktop app, that has been deprecated. If you mean enable sideload mode by editing the config file, just plug it in.
