Elipsa 2E Customizing options for notebook/pen?

I'm wondering if it's possible to modify how some of the note taking functionalities work on the Kobo Elipsa 1 or 2e in a simple way, by e.g. modifying a config file somewhere. I'm thinking of things like:
* The default background for new notebooks
* The pen width for annotating pdfs
* The color of pdf annotations (obviously won't show up on eInk but could on computer)

Is there a list of all the Elipsa-specific options somewhere? Like in eReader.conf?
