Fiction, non-fiction, what do you read?
Just curious as to how much fiction vs non-fiction people read. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being all non-fiction and 10 being all fiction, which do read for personal (non-work) reading?

For personal, non-work reading, it is 100% fiction.
(I'm assuming reading items like a news article or wikipedia page are not counted as they are just very short reads) |

Mostly fiction?
Maybe 9.5 A lot on the news sites might be fiction or might not, so that can't be included. Used to read a lot of science & technology stuff now mostly replaced by history or general reference books on things like wine, horses, cheese, camping, antiques. However the books I pickup as reference are really read in the same sense as non-fiction I read in the past. Then there is old Irish stuff (in translation as I can't read Irish) where fiction and history overlap. |

9.5. I have a lot of non-fiction (science and history mainly) in my TBR pile though.
