Based on YAWK.

I added a comic scraper, bus schedule checker, garbage day prep/actual and altered fonts as well as weather icons

I also added a countdown timer (top right dots) along with a battery indicator (graphic)
The weather condition icons are conditional (meaning the change based on the values (Low, Med, High)

More work to be done - and clean up of code.
Next is to see if I can implement the local GTFS for real time bus departures..

That looks great! Any impact on battery life? I can imagine all those things being frequently updated makes you have to charge the device a bit more often?

I have not paid attention to the battery but this is one of the things I want to tackle later one.
For now it is plugged in so I dont have that issue now but I would like for it to go in to deep sleep on a custom schedule
